The important thing is, by this time you should not have any kind of doubts or hesitations about the property. As it went through each phase, the property should have been checked by agents, solicitors, Accountants surveyors, your property managers and everybody to make sure it’s authentic and hassle-free.

As long as the valuation and survey are fine and your solicitor is happy with the contract prepared by the seller's solicitor, the sale should continue without hitch. In case of a residence, you can start talking about a moving-in date as soon as the offer is accepted, but this will only be put into writing on the day contracts are exchanged.

In case of a buy to let property or Commercial Property then the next move is to contact the Managing agents and Letting agents to get the right tenants for the property. But, if it’s a land that you have bought to develop, then you need to contact the contractors to take care of the building process of the residential or commercial complex, whatever you have planned. And after all the stress and difficulties, once you’ve got your property in your hands, you feel elated that the stress and difficulties were worth going through.
